Extracting biological target information from patents
Job Description I need somebody to regularly go through lists like http://www.wipo.int/patentscope/search/rss.jsf?query=DP%3A%282011%29+pfizer&office=&rss=true&sortOption=Pub+Date+Desc (this is an example) and generate an Excel sheet where the first column has the patent number, the second column the biological target that is being investigated and the third column some information about the mode of action of the drugs patented (e.g. small molecule, antibody etc.) You will need some biological/medical background in order to fulfill this task properly. Please indicate in your application if you are willing to do a paid test job. Applications without clearly indicating this will be marked as spam.
