Job Description We are a Delaware company. We are applying for a payment gateway (credit card) to conduct our online business. But the credit card company wants us to provide the Corporate Tax Returns. The company hasn't conduct any business since we haven't got the payment gateway approved. (The company was setup for the sole purpose of getting the payment gateway). It is funded by our offshore company (a BVI company). Now we are required to provide 2010 Corporate Tax Returns and 2011 Quarterly Tax Returns. We need someone who can file a Tax Returns for our US company. We can provide the financial statements 2010 and 2011 for our BVI company. But we believe it's irrelevent to the tax return on the US company. Keywords: Accounting
