I would like to hire programmer(s) to help me rebuild my current web based application. The application is used by some public/private schools as part of student selection. There are schools who are in high demand but do not have enough seats. So they hold a "lottery" to randomly select from a database of candidates. This application allows the schools to input student data, input the number of available seats per grade and the results are in the form of an accepted list and a waiting list. This is the core of the application. However, the application itself has many other features for storing/archiving data and I would like to build a highly flexible report builder. The attached powerpoint provides a view of what the system does. However, this presentation is based on an older MS Access based software. The web-app does a lot more. Please note that more than anything, I'm looking for someone who's great at building relational databases and can built interactive report building modules for data analytic. I am not interested in working with programmers in India.
