Job Description I'm looking for someone who can provide information on the laws and regulations of printing copyrighted and trademarked terms (Intellectual Property), such as brands like the "iPhone", on a T-shirt. I am after the legal procedures that are involved with doing such. I'll be printing them in Australia so the laws and regulations must be applicable here. One example of a T-shirt would be "I don't have an iPhone". I want to ensure that there would be no legal ramifications in printing this / make sure I take the correct steps in printing them legally. Please, no spam applications as they will be ignored. Candidates must speak excellent English. A progress report on the second day would be ideal as well.
