Job Description I am a real estate invesotr/entrepeneur that buys and sells houses. I want to find different types of BUYERS: a) Renters who do not know that home ownership is a possibility for them, b) Potential buyers who mistakenly believe they must qualify for a bank mortgage in order to buy a home, c) Potential buyers whose current financial circumstances will disqualify them for home ownership, d) Need to know that owning a home will give them a credit on their income taxes, e) They will have an improved quality of life with home ownership, f) The hard part; they will need a substantial down payment in order to move in, but can be phrased as "Now, you can use your hard earned savings to own their own home without waiting", g) They will not have to go thru the humiliating process of going to a bank, and being turned down for a mortgage loan. h) I will arrange for expert credit repair. I also want to find SELLERS who may not be able to sell their home because it is over leveraged, "under water" where the mortgage loan is greater that the value of the house, and a realtor will not be able to sell it, or they will have to bring money to the closing tablel in order to sell it. The SELLER will no longer have to make mortgage payments or make any repairs to the house. No more stress. The best reason to sell to me is for a quick sale.
