Job Description Customer Support Executive, BetOnMarkets.com The area: Customer Support The BetOnMarkets Customer Support department is responsible for clarifying, resolving and reducing Client queries. Its mission is to resolve Client queries at the spot. The department is distributed across Malaysia, Malta and Spain, and deals with approximately 600 Client queries per week in four different languages. Queries are handled by telephone, online ticket-system and live chat, and range from lost passwords, account questions, payment-related questions, and bet settlement queries. The role: Customer Support Executive As Customer Support Executive you are the finger at the pulse of the Company. You are the voice of our Clients and represent and balance their interests with those of the Company. You work with your peers in Customer Support and the Company to resolve and reduce Client queries. This position reports to the Head of Customer Support. Responsibilities: • Handle Client queries in the best interests of both the Client and the Company. • Respond to Client queries using our state of the art telephone, electronic mail and on-line chat systems. • Help to expand our Client base by developing and implementing new marketing and customer support strategies. • Work with our IT and Quant teams to identify innovative ways to improve our websites' capability and performance based on Client feedback. Requirements: • Excellent English-language (oral and written) communication skills. • Proficiency in a second language (Chinese or Russian) preferred. • Previous work experience in Customer Service or Marketing. • University degree (Marketing or technical major preferred).
