Job Description We are an online school which specializes in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. We are hiring experienced outbound telemarketers to sell our program to K-12 schools throughout the USA. Telemarketers will work the phones and sell our program to K-12 school administrators, headmasters, and principals. We will provide all leads which are schools which have requested information about our program through our website. You will work from your own location, as long as you have ability to make phone calls to the USA. HOURS: Flexible, Between 9a-5p Eastern time We will train you from beginning to end on how to reach out to the school all the way until you close the sale. Training on using our proven and effective sales process to reach out to the schools, use our sales scripts, pitch our service, keep detailed records, and lead the client through the sales process. SALARY & COMPENSATION: Base salary of USD$500 per month plus $50 commission (per sale). Training phase is unpaid. If you meet the quota of 20 accounts per month, you can expect to make an additional $1000 in bonus commission every month. ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES: -free Mandarin Chinese lessons -work from home or your preferred location REQUIREMENTS: -Experience in making sales on the telephone in English -NO heavy foreign accent; American accent preferred -Positive, outgoing, cheerful personality at all times -Excellent writing and speaking ability -Highly organized, pays attention to details, willing to learn, and able to follow directions very well YOU MUST HAVE: -ability to make long-distance international calls to USA -your own computer and internet connection ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Make phone calls to schools to introduce our program, and schedule demos with decision-makers. (Lists will be provided) -Keep detailed and organized records of all your calls and emails using our CRM (using ZohoCRM.com), able to regularly follow-up without missing sales calls -Close deals on the phone (w/ assistance of company CEO) ADDITIONAL INFO: Salespersons who perform well will have the opportunity to be promoted to leadership or managerial positions with a growing, strong, young, global online school – and the eventual opportunity to share in the company’s bonus pools.
