I am looking for an individual or team to work with our developers in assisting the build of an application that uses xmpp framework on the mobile device to connect to a jabber server. We anticipate getting it developed for Android, Blackberry and other mobile varieties after we see what we get for iphone. 2. All code written for this app will be given to us, irrespective of what language it is written in and whether it is proprietary or not. 3. A xmpp client that works with gtalk, facebook, yahoo, msn, skype, jabber/openfire (or any xmpp compliant IM). 4. A jingle extension that allows for voice over xmpp with IM's that allow voice communication. 5. A voip and sip extension (basically want this app to be able to use voip to call out to other users using same app, and sip connection to third party sip communication providers) 6. Our budget for this is $300 for iphone. Since you have already done this previously, I don't think this is much of work for now. Once we see your capabilities, then we have a list of extensions that we can discuss and set an approximate for ongoing development. We are not willing to pay anything upfront, till we see a working product (20%), delivery of all software code including third party and proprietary creations (20%), documentation for code (20%) - and after we compile it without errors - we will release (40%) to close.
