Description Microsoft Dynamics CRM & .Net Developer with a high-level of experience utilizing Win Forms responsible for supporting the development and implementation of an Enterprise Level SharePoint portal solution for the customer. Requirement will include the integration of other system/tools supporting Business Intelligence, Content management, communication Integration, and Work flow Management, Calendaring and Scheduling and Data search capabilities. The client's system is built with 80% of its backbone based on Win Forms interfaces. Therefore, to hit the ground running the candidate will need to be fully capable of handling issues with this skillset. Will support multiple customer work groups to develop an Enterprise Content Management strategic Plan as well as working with individual program offices to determine and document Content Management requirement. Successful candidate must have experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011-based business solutions. The candidate must have experience in implementing traditional sales and marketing CRM solutions as well as developing custom applications using the new Advanced Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM xRM) framework. Qualifications ? Microsoft Professional Developer Certification preferred but not required ? In-depth hands-on developer knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services (Web Forms). ? In-depth hands-on knowledge of Advance Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM / xRM framework. ? In-depth hands-on knowlege of Win Forms and its capabilities. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins. ? Experience with customizing the Web client or Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook to include scripting, integration/development of custom Web pages using the CRM user interface and style guides. ? Strong experience with the C# language and the Microsoft .NET Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow foundation. ? Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services. ? Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Design Patterns, and other architectural principals. ? Solid experience developing solutions which involve relational database technologies on platforms such as SQL Server or Oracle with experience programming stored procedures using Transact SQL or PL SQL. ? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written ? Can comfortably work with all levels in the organization on a collaborative effort with end customers aiding in the design of the solution ? Can communicate effectively with team and end users Education/Certification Requirement A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline with 5 or more years related professional experience. (Education can be substituted for 11 years of experience). Our client performs its development in a collaborative environment with its customer base. Therefore, the client requires that this job be performed onsite at client offices located in Wichita, KS. The client has commited to a 6 month assignment with opportunities for renewal.
