This is a video streaming website with users uploading videos in any format..which need to be codeced into formats supported by chrome, IE and firefox..there is a basic workflow which involves end users uploading videos...admin (we) approving videos and then the videos being made public to selected signedup users...search is an integral part of the functionality....with the user being able to search any video supported by auto suggestions..similar to google suggest..videos on an average are of 60-90 secs duration..UX is of extreme importance to the site's functionality..developer is expected to do the database design and the UX modelling..a transaction/paypal module is a part of the functionality..more details once the dialogue gets started..DG Keywords: Service, Website, PHP, Graphic, HTML, Video, Design
