This position requested will be on a freelance piecework and or hourly rated depending on the simplicity or complex situation of the contracts requesting RFQ/RFP and or invitation to private, local, city, government projects. Most projects require a knowledgeable background of infrastructure, site works, demo, bridge, Oil Field Services and etc??.mostly heavy highway. We only request true accurate estimator/proposal writers that have a win/close rate bar none for US Gov. TxDot, and or various type projects. Must be able to optain supplies and subs.
