This job is the first phase in development of a new build residential property. We are looking for an architect to oversee the design and development of a large estate. This will include: > A main building comprised of 8 bedrooms with en-suite, 3 reception rooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and spa room adjacent to outdoor swimming pool. > Observatory and study leading out to the garden. > Landscaped garden surrounding the building with a maize. > Courtyard and outbuildings (including a 5 bay indoor car park, stables, office with underground access to the main building). > Tennis Courts > Multiple entrances with a sweeping driveway with 3 entrances around the property. The estate will be set in 20 acres of land. Development time: 12 - 18 months from inception. We require you to work remotely for the first 4 months to oversee the design, then part time for the remaining duration of the project. Deliverables include: > Estate Plan > 3D Drawing and Sketches (numerous iterations until sign off) > Detailed Architectural Drawings > Detailed Materials Breakdown for building work > Building Construction Plan I have attached a picture as a general guide of what we want. This is a big project, we are looking for proposals from experienced architects and project managers who have previously overseen the development of large projects. Upon completion you will be invited to stay for a week, as well as take rides in our Ferrari, all expenses paid.
