We have a need for someone who understands QuickBooks Pro and can do basic book keeping work for us a few hours a week. We don't have a lot of transactions - payments are mostly automated and online. We need someone to record payroll and payments, issue invoices, reconcile the accounts each month, and generate reports such as A/R aging, cash flow, balance sheet, income statement, and interact with our outside tax agencies. We have an internal staff member who can do basic tasks (record payments, make deposits), but we'd like some stronger support for the book keeping fundamentals.
