We need an existing conditions model built of a 50,000 SF hotel (+/- 17,000 SF per floor). We have a full set of construction documents from the original architect for creation. The hotel is undergoing a brand change and remodel; most existing casework, plumbing fixtures etc will be demolished and are only needed for representation for demolition plans. We do not need interior elevations, wall sections, schedules etc done, just the model itself. Guest rooms do not need more than partitions and plumbing fixtures and repeat throughout the building. The project must be delivered in native Revit format. i.e. created using Revit 2010+ software and with "best practices". If you do not use Revit, please do not bid on this job. We have Revit 2012 in office and can work with which ever version you have. We will provide our template file for a starting point but you are free to use your own families as desired / needed. The project files will be distributed using our Basecamp site. You will be provided with login information and will be able to upload / download information as needed. All walls, doors, windows etc should be built per the existing drawings If more information is needed we will be happy to provide it. ------------------------------------------ Added 27 JAN 2012, 9:44 AM EST Existing documents are PDF and are scanned from original drawings. It is a complete set including MEP and Structural - however these items are not required for the model. We have basic wall types in our template, however additional walls may need to be built for completion. Windows will need to be built based on the original set, however they do not need to be fully parametric. We can provide doors if desired. Model will be needed within two weeks of contract award.
