I need a lawyer to provide me with a memo containing the applicable law and an appropriate analysis of the following question presented. QP: What recourse does client 1 have against law firm 2 for disclosing confidential information from a settlement agreement? Facts: Client 1 and Client 2 signed a license agreement. In the license agreement, there is a confidentiality clause prohibiting disclosure of the terms of the agreement. Terms included a list of sublicensees. One such sublicensee's attorneys obtained the confidential agreement and disclosed members of the sublicensee group. More information provided as needed.
