Job Description Looking for a honest and reliable bookkeeper to get our books in order and up-to-date. Candidate MUST have a basic understanding Quickbooks. Prefer someone having an understanding of the real estate and property management (will generate income/expense statements) but is not required as training can be provide. Also prefer someone that can speak and write english as assistant will have contact with banks, vendors and property managers. May have other tasks that require making calls related to real estate.
