In need of a person capable of providing translation services from English to Chinese Mandarin. The subject matter includes an ebook which is currently published on Amazon for Kindle reading devices. Another version is published as an app for phones/tablets. I attached the three Word files to be translated for your review. One file is formatted for an ebook. Don't worry about respecting that format. I will reformat the final text later...I just need it back in a Word file. Some research may be needed in order to determine which card game, for instance, may also be played in China and how it is referred to. For those games which apply, I would like the game titles to be as close as possible to what might be played in China. Because this book was based primarily on Western games, some games may not have an adequate translation and that is fine...just do your best. I do not require a word-for-word translation which would be time consuming and expensive. In the end this app/ebook must make sales in order to pay back the cost of the translation. Plus, it is a rule book...not exactly a literary masterpiece (though I am proud of it!). Thus, I would encourage you to allow a web-based translator to auto-convert the file whereby you would read through game by game and compare to the original...making edits as necessary. Finally, once the translation is complete, and when my app developer is ready to begin transferring the content to the app, I would like to continue using your services to help me and the developer ensure that the content is arranged correctly for the app/ebook. That is just for your information for now...we can arrange payment terms/amounts in relation to that project later when that time comes. Thanks!
