An opportunity has become available for an experienced Systems Administrator to join the team in a Contract Capacity. Reporting to the Company Accountant, the position will be responsible for: Providing IT support to office and site staff Maintaining the organisational software and hardware Assisting in developing, implementing and maintaining the company information technology system. Assisting in co-ordinating maintenance ofinformation technology based office equipment. Write internal system reports as requested by Management. Maintaining the integrity of the data of the IT system. Assisting with other IT projects as requested The right person for this role will: Minimal 5 years Help Desk experience, preferable from a Building Company (Corporate Environment) Proven demonstrable System Administration on a Windows Environment and Desktop Application support (MS Office) Information Technology Qualifications highly desirable Timberline Software Experience highly desirable Demonstrate client focus Be organised and able to multi task both Operational tasks and Strategic Projects Use initiative Make decisions and problem solve Have a high level of interpersonal/communication skills Demonstrate a "Can do attitude" to fit into the team and work well within the organisation.
