Job Description I have an algorithm that has about 25 steps max. I need someone who can write an application that will do what this algorithm does (is essence, it is optimum placement of devices on the power system distribution network), and also the application needs to have a GUI (simple GUI). Besides application, there is also a simple cost benefit analysis module that involves only 3 operations. I need this application to be written with executable file, so that I can install it on my desktop and have an icon to double-click to run it... The algorithm has 25 steps, and most of them involve some calculations, but all functions are basic operations. One part requires Monte-Carlo simulation, but this is simple. There are quite a few input parameters that are user defined. GUI should be drag and drop, and it is also basic (substation, nodes, reclosers, DA devices that can be represented with rectangular shape and some letter within for differentiation.
