Looking for a lawyer, recent law school grad or paralegal to write articles on Employment Law.
Job Description We are looking for a paralegal or recent law school graduate who can do a bit of writing for a consumer based website that we run. The job is as follows: We give you the specific topic and tell you the resources to reference. You deliver a 300-400 word article on that topic. We also require a writer to answer simple questions regarding employment law. (these are 100-200 word answers) This is not legal writing, this job is for someone who can read somewhat technical materials and can use their analytic skill to translate the rules and regs into language the average person can use and understand. Most of your writing will be on FMLA, white collar exemption and employee vs. independent contractor rules. We are a small company based in NYC comprised mainly of lawyers. Please inquire with an estimate per article or expert answer as well as a writing sample and past work. By answering this job posting you acknowledge that if hired, any written material that is created by you and delivered to us is the sole property of our company. Thank you in advance.
