Job Description I bought an SMS script that is configured to be used with Twilio, which does not work where I live and where I want to use the script, the caribbean island of Puerto Rico USA. I need someone to change it to work with Tropo instead, which works locally, at an extra cost, but it works, I am told. Also, I will give access to my Tropo account, and everything has to be configured between Tropo and the script, as to deliver it to me, everything working. The script should be tested with different carriers, and different mobile phone styles. I am going to sell this service to Car Dealers and Realtors. So instructions should be provided on what do I have to do, both installing the script and configuring Tropo, for each account opened. I am not going to define a delivery time, but I need this fast.
