Need a Published Computer Vision Algorithm Built - C#
My company seeks to detect passenger occupancy inside vehicles. We are using a device similar to Kinect (Primesense Xtion). There is a published and tested algorithm made for this device and platform that I want built. It has detailed steps that describe their method. There is an open source platform that the company Primesense provides called OpenNi. The program can be written in the following languages: Visual Studio 2010, C#, or C++.
