Dotnetnuke website upgrade

I have a dotnetnuke website which is currently running in version 4. The person who developed the site four years ago has gone out of business and I have moved the site to a new host. I want to upgrade it to version 6.1.2. However there are four custom modules and several third-party modules that I am not sure will make the transition. I need a dotnetnuke expert programer to review the code and update as necessary so I can make the transition. I would also like to establish an ongoing relationship for future work as needed depending on how this first job works out.
