The candidate qualifications are as follows: 1) 5 years of experience working as a HVAC engineer. 2) Expert in design software for HVAC system. 3) BS degree in mechanical engineering. The Job description is as follows: 1) To review Client’s tender documents and relevant specification. 2) Prepare relevant bill of material for HVAC System. 3) Evaluate the cost of the required HVAC equipment and material based on the tender’s specifications. 4) Present the basis of evaluation for the concluded cost.
