Book keeper needed to finish setting up quickbooks
***USA providers only*** We need a book keeper to 1) finish setting up our quickbooks 2011 system 2) Look over everything we already set up and make sure there are no mistakes 3) reconcile account up to date(2 months) and 4) help us finish writing our book keeping manual. The book keeping manual is just how to do daily tasks. We have already started writing it. For example: To make an invoice= Click home>click create invoice>fill in customer name> fill in invoice date> fill in items> click send via email> type email password in>click send. (Send invoices every Monday) Requirements: I don't know how long this project will take but you must be able to work in a minimum of 4 hour blocks. You can not work on this for an hour in the morning 2 hours in the afternoon and continue the next day. If you want to work 8 hours per day thats fine. You can not work outside the following hours: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST You will have to set up a time with me when we will do the work. When we are ready to start I will give you a temporary password to enter our computer using teamviewer.com. I will be working on a computer next to you viewing the work your doing. So if you or I have any questions I will be there the whole time. You must have a skype account to talk with me while working. I will have questions for you and Im sure you will have questions for me too. You must have a microphone for skype just in-case we need to discuss and issue too complex to type. We are looking for the lowest hourly rate for an provider with EXPERIENCE with the tasks listed. Offshore providers and providers with lack of experience will be declined even if they give low bids.
