We need to find a company that can handle a large volume of plan take offs for doors, door frames, door hardware and specialties. This would include viewing the plans and performing door counts for the units and common areas, base board footage for units and common areas, window stool and shelving footage and per piece counts. Reviewing the hardware schedule and preparing the hardware counts. In addition to this we will need a count of the specialty items such as Bath Accessories, Fire Extinguishers and Attic Access Doors. We then want this information input into an excel spreadsheet and emailed back to us. We have some basic spread sheets available or you could produce your own if you wish. We need a count of doors per plan type, showing each doors identifying mark and door size. The millwork will need to be listed per unit as well and totaled.
