Hi, Please note that I need a page(s) that will blend with my current website. This is a matrix needed for multiple providers and multiple office sites. Take a look at the attached art work :) Lately I have some people that are complaining that (a) they do not know what office sites the physians are working at and (b) what are the providers at certain office sites. So we need to develop a somewhat interactive matrix. The hierchy is DEPARTMENT, DIVISION, PROVIDER -- and somewhere in between you have the Office Site. After some thought I decided to go with the tabs look, big tittle at the top, a tab per division and the list of providers below. If a person click on the physician a small window with all of his/hers billing areas will come up. AND if the person then decides to click inside the window over a billing area all the providers working at the site will come up in another window pop-up. Additionally you will need to make additions, deletions and modifications easy enough for someone like me to update. This matrix option will need to be attached/allowed to our "manager" security category. All necessary tables and data will be given for this project once I pick the programmer.
