Automate Populating of PDF Forms and Merging of Documents
My company needs help creating a shortcut to fill out numerous pdf forms containing redundant information manually for each order we fill. The information for each order is unique but that unique information must be entered into numerous forms over and over again. Instead of having my employees cutting and pasting all day long, I need someone to design a way for them to enter the data just once and then have the forms populated with the data in the corresponding fields. There are approximately 10 forms with 3 - 5 fields each. This is the minimum requirement. A nice bonus would be the ability for each order to be finalized by combining these pdf forms plus an excel spreadsheet plus a lengthy word document one final large pdf in a specific order.
