1. I've got a great idea of an innovative multimedia device 2. I want to sell this idea to a company based in California which is the leader on their market 3. This company has announced similar device (not selling yet) but with different functions and for a much smaller specific part of consumer market. 4. The device is so simple and useful that Steve Jobs would have probably created it if he were a musician 5. The main part of my idea is about - removing some functions and making the device simpler - selling not only device but together with multimedia song files I would like to find a partner experienced in patent law who can handle negotiations with this company and prepare all documentation.
