Legal work to prepare a contract for software development: We need a software development contract for a developer to create 25 web-based mash-up videos. The videos will be based on 25 YouTube videos which we have secured the rights to. The work to be done is for-hire; we will retain all rights in the property. The resulting mash-ups will use popcorn.js technology to provide pop-ups and other enrichment that the user sees and encounters as he watches each of the videos.
