Asterisk and PBX Expert
Job Description Hello, We are a small business in NH with about 15 phone extensions in the office. We have recently (6 months or so back) installed Asterisk based VOIP PBX system (by replacing old/outdated AT&T PBX) which is being hosted from other office in GA. We have high speed Comcast ISP (business class) in both the places. We are experiencing voice quality, dropped calls, and other issues. Our tech guy believes that it was the broadband connection which is causing the issue. We also looking for someone who has the experience with the Asterisk PBX systems. We need your assistance to figure out the issues, come up with efficient and low-cost solutions/alternatives.
