residential drafting revit / autoCAD - details required for new house - Architecture
Construction details are required for a new build double storey house in Perth, Western Australia. Image Attached. The drawings are currently in council for Planning Approval, and I am about to start the Documentation Phase. The job will involve the following; - determing how many and which details will be required for construciton (in collaboration with myself) - drafting the details (I will liase with the structural engineer and can pass on that information to you) As this new house is quite small and unique, someone with good residential experience and someone with an understanding of cost effectiveness will be required. the house is currently designed in REVIT. I plan to use the details to complete the 1:50 sections and other 1:100 layouts. Revit preferable, but AutoCAD is also fine to use. Construction is slab on ground, cavity brick ground floor walls, framed first floor structure, timber stud first floor walls. Concealed metal roof. Any questions please do contact me!
