I have developed a product with the help of an expert in the field. We have verbally agreed that because of his expertise and contribution to the product that I will compensate him 10% of my earnings from the sales of this product. I need an attorney with experience in similar matters to create an agreement that would hold up in the United States court of law. I would also like a clause included in the agreement that would allow the agreement to be dissolved if need be. I am more than willing to provide further details on the project to the most qualified and cost effective legal representative. Unfortunately, I do not have a large budget to put toward this matter.
