Need someone to draft argument in a Motion to Dismiss
Job Description Pro se plaintiff and his paralegal in search of qualified individual to research and prepare a draft outline responding to the issues in a Motion to Dismiss. This lawsuit arises out of violations of the Truth in Lending Act and various other state and federal claims relating to mortgage fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, violation of the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act and conspiracy to commit fraud, among other claims. Need someone with the experience to hit the ground running and produce an argument and relevant case law ASAP. Potential for longterm relationship as the case develops. Opposition must be filed by no later than 2/10/12 in US District Court of AZ. Attached please find the Motion to Dismiss. U.S.-based applicants only. Ok with J.D. grads.
