Job Description We have a Jabber / XMPP Chat and a Flash based VoIP Tool that has the following bugs: Please note, that this is a tricky issue and cannot be solved without deep knowledge of PHP, Flash, Chat, VoIP and MySQL and basic knowledge of XMPP. 1) The Chat History files are only showing of two days, not all days. -> Can be solved via PHP 2) we need documentation for the Chat -> document how to add users and add documentation to code lines. 3) The Voice Tool does work for the first, but not at the second try -> I guess it's a flash issue. 4) Links that are sent via the Chat should be shown as clickable at the other side -> Just parse any link starting with www or http 5) We have a "Kick out" Buttons for users that won't leave. It's not working (in Chrome only). -> functionality is there, just needs to be crosschecked across browsers 6) Hide the disconnect link -> just a design issue 7) Sometimes the chat remains blocked for new users although it should be open. -> this is a tricky issue and might need knowledge of XMPP 8) Design the Chat to look like our system overall. All features are existing and working, but some of them are a bit buggy. The software quality is mediocre, it is written in PHP. Your job is to solve these 7 bugs within 14-21 days, add documentation to the code and improve coding quality as much as you can within the above time frame.
