Job Description We are a commercial property investor and are looking for an experienced internet researcher to help collect and enter information about potential leads. Our ability to transact deals requires the identification of target properties offered by various agents, brokers and other intermediaries throughout the United Kingdom. The hired candidate will be required to perform market research on a fortnightly basis reviewing the available properties against a set of predefined assessment criteria and logging and investment opportunities available for review by our transaction manager. Tasks: • Ongoing review of specific property websites and publications • Qualification of investment opportunities against defined assessment criteria • Collection of property data and investment details • Assessment of comparable investment opportunities using online tools • Preparing a fortnightly report with details of any investment opportunities and back up research Requirements: • Internet research experience is required • Good written and verbal communication in English • Availability for long-term work commitment • Real estate experience is preferable • Access to high speed internet • Skype and email access The successful candidate is motivated to deliver great results, operate largely independently with good judgment, and learn how to improve the process for performing these activities.
