Sales Representative / Equipment Leasing Administrator / Customer Service
Job Description Looking for that business minded professional with a finance and sales mind that is energetic and detail oriented to work in our Equipment Lease (Financing) and Purchase Quotes Administration Dept. We are a company that sales fitness equipment via the web. Seeking North American applicants only. The person in this role will verify that required sales order paperwork is complete and accurate, as well as coordinate all leasing and purchase quote activities for prompt, accurate equipment billing. Equipment Leasing (Financing) Administrator Activities: >Communicate with end customers via phone/email who are interested in financing equipment and assist with all lease-related issues, and all customer service issues related to the lease sale. >Communicate with equipment vendors to check availability of product and customer's product specific questions. >Works with company approved leasing source. >Audits lease funding from leasing companies and tracks paperwork necessary to insure proper and immediate funding. >Verifies funding information from leasing companies and forwards to Supervisor. >Follow-up/communicate with lessee to gain proper authorization before forwarding POs to the equipment vendors. Includes verifying funds available to pay equipment vendors. >Verifies that paperwork required for billing is complete and accurate and that credit approval has been obtained for all sales orders >Promptly enters orders. >Compile and review as required all necessary documentation. >Creates, reviews and enters equipment sales and commission information into a calculation spreadsheet/database. >Prodies follow up with customers >A fixed commission of $50 - $100 will be given per finalized equipment leasing (financing) sale. Purchase Quotes Administrator Activities: >Communicate via phone and email w/ consumers who request purchase quotes. Will assist with all customer service issues related to the purchase order sale. >Communicate with equipment vendors to check availability of product and customer's product specific questions. > Prepare the purchase quotes and ensure accuracy. >Verifies funding from purchasing company/individual and forwards to Supervisor. Funding for sales initiated by quotes could come in the form of check, credit card, or financing. >Promptly enters orders. >Creates, reviews and enters equipment sales and commission information into a calculation spreadsheet/database. >Prodies follow up with customers Requirements: >Must be comfortable working in a growing company and be able to independently manage projects with little direction. >Excellent English writing and verbal skills >Great customer service skills >Problem Solving Expertise >Very strong business acumen >Influencing and Selling Capabilities A fixed commission of $50 - $100 will be given per finalized equipment leasing (financing) sale. Note: This is NOT a telemarketing or cold calling job. Sales inquires are initiated by the end customer by calling our customer service line.
