Delphi Program to Snap a Windows Web Cam Picture
I need a windows Delphi program with a button that snaps a picture and shows it. This is to be used for a failed login attempt purpose and will be integrated into a larger program. As this is to ID a potential bad guy, the camera cannot require user consent at any time. This is a critical aspect to test for. I expect this program to use AviCap32.dll and windows messages. The program is not .Net. Familiarity with Windows messaging is required. Familiarity with AviCap32 a nice bonus.
