Consolidate a list of relevant patents (and associated number), then provide a brief summary statement of each previous (relevant) patent & why it doesn't cover present invention. This is preliminary research and is not expected to be a final, legal document. Thus, it is expected that this job would be (at this stage) more fitting for a para-legal than a lawyer or lawyer's office.
