Job Description Ruby on Rails programmer to continue ongoing development of a site that provides SMS and other communication tools to non-profit and social service organizations. Built with use of Twilio API. Must be able to iterate and update the site on a daily basis. Must be available for phone/skype conference lasting 1 to 2 hours for a real-time site review every 24-72 hours.
