Filing a Patent - Intellectual Property
I need help with filing a patent application with the US Patent Office. The patent is for a 'process' or 'method' of doing something using a web based system and available through browsers and other devices. The work should include: 1. Searches and preparation/filing of patent application 2. Ensure that the process is patent-able 3. Patent drawings (should take no more than 8 drawing sheets at most) 4. Filing the actual patent I will provide very detailed information on the invention to make this as easy as possible.
