I’m product managing a well-designed mobile app concept mashing-up several prevalent APIs, with a clear business purpose. (It is a great concept, with some complexities, but a very defined product and roadmap). I have a 'user-experience’ document together, and have mapped out the app requirements, design, functionality and third party APIs & datasets. I’m looking for a highly motivated iOs developer having experience with Social APIs like foursquare, Facebook Graph APIs, Twitter, Google etc. The project can be done as a side project, but will have milestones and delivery dates. I have created a structure that enables you to own part of the apps you develop. You will earn-in (based on milestones) to own 25% of the app (and its overarching company). And you become entitled to an ongoing revenue share from the app you help create.  - 3+ years of strong software development experience
- 1+ year of hands on iOS development using Objective-C and Cocoa. 
- Experience in integration with mobile – RESTful webservices.
 - Possesses good UI design skills using the iPhone SDK UI components.
 - Experience on databases and platforms like SQLite, PHP/mysql, jQuery, and CSS, experience with Dotcloud or other - Strong knowledge of best of web 2.0/3.0, - Skills preferred: PHP, javascript, HTML5, CSS, mysql, mongoDB, node.js. - experience preferred:
