I need an ecommerce shopping cart expert who knows how to customize a shopping cart and knows everything about the cart. This shopping cart must: 1). Have free templates available 2). The ability to handle tier pricing Ex: qty=100,Price=$2.00 / qty=200, Price=$1.50, etc 3). A customer can choose custom options for the product Ex: T-Shirt Color=green/Size=XL Color=Blue/Size=L 4). Send email notifications to customer and admin 5). Can turn off shipping calculation. Shipping will not be calculated 6). Credit cards will be charged later, so the cart will not automatically charge a credit card upon checkout. If you are an expert, please let me know if the cart you have in mind can perform these functions. There are many other things that need to happen, but these are the main functions, but I'll explain more in a PM. This can become a very extensive project that could last several weeks. We need multiple sites created, and if you complete the job well, you will be in charge of creating them all. We have a database of information ready, so please let me know how long it would take to set up a cart for one site.
