BUILD RESUME BARTERING SYSTEM USING LAMP OR DOTNET.. eMuser (resume spelled backwards) is for all staffing companies and any other company which needs to expand their candidate database. eMuser allows user to exchange (Barter) their existing resume in database and get resumes they don't have in exchange. Every single valid and unique resume uploaded by user (staffing company or direct employers), user will get CREDITS to download same number of resumes from eMuser. User will not be charged to download resumes they already uploaded to eMuser. For Resume Search we need feature like /resumes#!q=java&l=Edison%2C+NJ where resumes can be previewed in right pane on same page. Filters on the left can be applied to narrow down the search based on stored and available data. All users have to be REGISTERED users to UPLOAD resumes and/or download resumes. No registration is required to just RUN SEARCH and preview what is available. Users Dashboard will always show them Credits they earned, resume they uploaded, credits used and available credits. Users who don't have any credits and use all of available credits, they can purchase credits for $1 per resume. Rate per resume will be decided and updated by eMuser admin. eMuser admin should also have ability to charge more than $1 or more than ONE credit per resume based on experience level of resumes. (this will be Phase II) Site has to be developed in LAMP or DOTNET with very good search engine like LUCENE or better. Fast resume searching is required.
