Write a "How to Invest in US real estate" Course - Technical Writing
Hi: We need good writer with experience in US real estate to write around a 200 page introduction to investing in US real estate homestudy course. This course will be given to Canadians. We have a basic outline for the guide. The course will need to explain the subprime crises, what short sales are, REOS, Foreclosures etc. How to make money in real estate, how to analyze a deal.
