Perfect English Speaking - Phone Support & Admin help Position - LONG TERM!!
Job Description I'm looking to hire someone immediately for a Long-term Position with steady hours. The 3 most important things are: - MUST have EXCELLENT spoken English. - Extremely reliable with reliable Internet - Perfectionist with a lot of attention to detail We are looking for someone who wants to work with us for a year or more, preferably even three years out. Your work environment: - Reliable Internet-Internet backup in case your Internet goes down - quiet environment - high quality headset to answer phone calls Customer service and administrative assistant position -Phone customer service -variety of tasks including internet marketing, social media, and web updates (We will train) -other office procedures that we would train you on. Job requires you to pass a test before starting. Job Benefits - Improve your skills and learn a lot. Receive lots of free training that usually costs a fortune. Half of the training will be in preparation for the test, while another set of training will be on the job. - interact with people Nice English-speaking people on the phone. - Although some customers are upset, most of our customers are very nice and fun to talk to. - Work with a nice and friendly team Hours: 3pm-8pm EST Tuesday to Friday (you can take one day off, we are slightly flexible, we prefer that the day off be Tuesday or Thursday) 12pm-6pm EST Monday (exact day may be changed) Saturday and Sunday 7:15am-4pm EST - You can take a few unpaid breaks during your shift - The Saturday and Sunday shift hours are an absolute must. Total Hours per Week - between April To November hours will be Between 30 and 45 hours a week, - from late November to March hours may be less, maybe between 25 to 30 hours per week, depends on a few things still. Skills & Training Depending on how quick you understand the material, I estimate to past the test, you would need 5-8 hours of training/education that we will provide for free. Start Date As soon as possible Interview Interview process usually takes about two weeks. That means I may contact you anytime between Feb 2-16th. Please make sure to respond quickly.
