Scope of work: -Install and license two RightFax v10.0 Enterprise Servers with PDF Modules in a collective environment used Shared Services Modules on new virtual servers as provided by Customer. -Install one 8-port SR-140 boardless FoIP solution on each of two Remote DocTransport servers in the RightFax collective and configure for sixteen (16) total Document Delivery Channels. -Assign an IP address to each of two Open Text Fax Gateway 2100s, configure each Fax Gateway for connection with Customer's T1 lines, configure each Fax Gateway for communications with RightFax and cfm faxes can be sent and rec'd by the RightFax system. -Install Admin Utilities and demonstrate functionality to System Administrator. -Enable RightFax connection to Customers' existing SQL 2008 server. -Enable Enterprise Fax manager and demonstrate functionality to System Administrator. -Create five dialing rules and demonstrate to the System Administrator how to create and implement additional dialing rules. -Create five (5) users and demonstrate configuration of add'l users to the System Administrator. -Configure the RightFax Sync Module to sync with Active Directory for creating and managing user accounts, confirm users from one Customer-specified AD group are synchronized with the RightFax system and demonstrate functionality to the System Administrator. -Create one custom XML transform file for RightFax Synch Module and demonstrate to the System Administrator how to create and implement additional transform files. -Configure RightFax to integrate with Customer's existing Exchange 2010 email environment. -Install client components including FaxUtil, RightFax print Driver and Outlook Fax Extensions on at least one client workstation and demonstrate to the System Administrator how to install the client software on additional workstations. -Build/upgrade and migrate existing cover sheets, user information, address book, fax images and database content from Customer's existing server to the new shared environment and confirm that data exists and is available to be used inthe new Rightfax v10.0 collective. -Discuss best practices for backing up the RightFax server, database server and Fax Gateway configurations with System Administrator. -Verify and test the RightFax installation is complete and functioning both inbound and outbound fax delivery properly according to the specifications of this Statement of Work. All items are mandatory. Travel to customer site in Portland, Oregon is REQUIRED and all travel costs will be reimbursed. NOTE: Travel time is NOT billable.
