Virtual Assistant for personal and business support - Admin Assistant
Hi, please have a look at my LinkeIn profile for some background: /pub/michael-alf/4/352/588 As you can see I am experienced working with virtual teams. I have worked in the IT and Consulting space in the last 12 years in Europe, Asia and Australia. Since beginning of this year I am now working on my own with my wife on two ventures. One is a Coaching business and the other one is around health and wellbebing. I will provide more details at a later stage. Now I am looking for support of a Virutal Assistant. In the beginning it is focused around private support and business support and it will grow with the growth of the business. As we are just starting we are cost conscious. At the same time we are interested in a flexible model and approach. And finally I would like to test the partnership and evaluate it to bring on more work. So I am looking for a flex model - on an hourly base to start with. We would define a threshold above that you would estimate the costing upfront. With the growth of the relationship we would enhance the model. Again I am very open to any location where you are based at. Job Description: As we are starting this is a preliminary list. I leave an extended list included for future references. Currently we are thinking of the following areas: - Data entry finance data (Quickbooks online) - Data entry CRM system (my wife is using pipelinedeals.com ) - Cleansing of current data of CRM system (after system upgrade and deteriorating data quality some work is needed - not major; I estimate 4 to 5 hours) - maintenance of Newsletter (for my wife). We are using newsletter.com.au at the moment - pretty standard and straight forward - adjustment of newsletter design - ppt fine tuning and optimisation for presentations - website maintainance. Currently we are having one with Wordpress. The second is pending (though up) and will be revisited. - scribing of Videos or webinars - General research on specific questions (usually IT related) - later on execution of admin tasks - for example responding to letters etc. - email administrator for page (specific email address) - writing of newsletters (later stage). Ideally experience and background in the area of health and wellbeing. - set up of computer stuff where possible / appropriate - clean up and structure bookmarks Other responsibilities could include at a later stage: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to vendors or others - Social Media and blog management - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Admin Assistant Keywords: Virtual Assistant, Assistant, Admin
