North FM Delivery Manager
Due to continued growth our Support Services client are now seeking an FM Delivery Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for all mechanical and electrical services throughout their clients various sites across the North of England. Duties:- Managing the shift team of site engineers and provide both preventative and reactive maintenance and operational services. Maintaining business functions, being the main point of contact out of normal business hours for all engineering related building issues. Responsibility for the operational performance and safety of all the buildings at all times Responsible for specialist sub contractors and other building dedicated engineers to maintain high quality service delivery. Developing a complete familiarity with the operation and recovery of all business critical systems within the buildings. Carrying out the planned preventative maintenance programme and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines, statutory acts and regulations. Updating site-specific work schedules and re-programme regularly. Taking specific responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the sites critical, electrical and HVAC services. Maintaining a Safe Systems of Work process and periodically update as may be required. Managing and conducting fault finding across all engineering infrastructures. Conducting all statutory system and asset testing and report accordingly. Dealing responsibly with emergencies and breakdowns. Managing a team covering shift working. Delivering and complying with all Statutory, Company and Client specific environmental, health, safety and quality standards applicable to the contract. Liaising with, monitoring and controlling the activities of all outside contractors working on site Minimise the risk of plant failure and breakdown and promote a Reliability Centred and Conditioned based proactive maintenance process. Ensuring the effectiveness of the shift team in terms of technical competency, HR, Safety and service delivery. Maintaining OPs & EOPs and conduct best drills on a monthly basis Maintaining adequate records and databases for all actions. Reporting building engineering vital statistics Skills and experience required:- Technically qualified in appropriate Engineering disciplines Compliance with company administrative procedures Proven application of programme management techniques Experience in being part of multi-functional teams Delivery of programmes and contracts within cost parameters Statutory compliance obligations
