We are looking for a partner to develop a small web project that incorporates some basic meeting booking features and admin facility. The basic scope of the project is 5-10 user facing pages and a 2-3 page admin area. Including: * Registration with email confirmation * Log-in with admin and user accounts * Admin area allows the admin user to define availability on certain days * Booking area which allows the end-user to pick a date/time and request a meeting * Implementation of a system that delivers emails to users to incorporate them into a pre-defined process * Attached is a set of wireframes outlining the pages involved (though subject to change at this point) We will provide designs in PSD form and flow-charts/specification detailing the requirements of the system. You will work with our issue tracking systems (Mantis) and version control (Subversion). We can provide staging and development servers. The project is expected to be delivered as soon as possible, so please only apply if you are able to provide resources starting within a week. The system will be run on the standard Linux Apache MySQL PHP stack. We are looking for a partner that will excel in the production of a high quality and timely output, a technical build team that has a proven record for delivering high standards of code-quality, as well as recognizing the importance of UI and UX. There is the possibility of on-going work and support, so this is a great opportunity to build a new relationship and preferred supplier status.
